“ Great food. Steam fish and kampung chicken are the highlight dishes, a must to order when you visit this restaurant. Food serving is fast. The staff is friendly. Strongly recommend ”
“ Its probably one of the top in my list. If you visited this place, you would probably know how great their steamed fish ie. and chicken are. The tender meat and the sauce are what make the dishes outstanding, you will be definitely addicted to it after trying their foods! The other dishes such as , and were alright, but it will not be a waste if you dont order them. I have been here since I was a kid. After 20 years of eating here, I still find the foods quality remains the same and probably one of the best restaurants you must visit in KL. A very satisfying meal indeed, love this place! ”
“ Chan Sow Lins best kept secret this gem nestled within the industrial area serves one of the best steam fish in town. There are 2 options with sauce or ginger garlic but the clear winner is the sauce, slightly spicy and incredibly addictive. Other than steam fish, they also serve excellent steam kampung chicken. Yong tau foo and stir fry vege are pretty good too, and all at a very reasonable price. ”
“ Simple dishes done well. Steamed fish head and steamed chicken are very popular here. Theres two variants for the fish head, black or white. Service is fast and furious. Restaurant is actually a converted industrial shop lot. Dont expect anything fancy. Food is good though. Order, eat, pay and leave happy! ”
“ Great place out of tourist trap , fantastic steam fish nothing can match in terms of quality. Price is reasonable . ”
“ Well hidden place in an industrial area ... donate also hard to notice ... Waze is accurate ! Very simple fish head with choice of bean paste steam or soy sauce steam ! ”
“ Chong Yen Fish Head is a great spot for a satisfying meal. I ordered the steamed fish head, a lower quarter of Kampung chicken, and some yong tau foo items. The chicken portion was smaller than expected, so I added an extra lower quarter. Everything was delicious. The Kampung chicken was the real dealflavorful with firm, satisfying meat. The fish was fresh and perfectly steamed, and the yong tau foo selections were a great addition. A solid place for goodquality food. Would definitely return. Ordered items Steamed fish head Kampung chicken lower quarter, extra order Yong tau foo ”
“ Excellent food here! Tucked in a light industrial area, we drove all the way in for this meal. The shop is packed with people. We reserved the steamed chicken ahead of time as the chicken runs out quite quickly. The chicken is free range and also has special feed. Warning cost is higher than usual chicken. Be prepared to pay a premium. A chicken of slightly over a kg will cost around RM120. The flavour of the chicken is good. The steam song fish head is also very nicely done. They did 2 flavours with one fish head, halving it for each flavour. One is garlic and the other is bean paste. I personally prefer the garlic one. The bean paste option will be suitable for those who likes strong taste and it is slightly too salty for my liking. The poach vegetables are tender and the seasoning is just right. ”
